With an elegant and clean design, this model fits perfectly in small spaces. RF 23A is a compact GN2/3 countertop blast chiller, ideal for all bars and small businesses. It offers the performance of a large blast chiller with its digital thermostat with audible alarm, door-opening alarm, standard needle probe, temperature-controlled or time-controlled blast chilling cycle, and automatic storage mode at the end of the blast chilling cycle.
