To expedite the request for spare parts it is advisable to send us one or more photos of the label showing the model and serial number of the machine, failing that upload a photo of the spare part or the machine itself

Shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart. I times shipping may vary depending on stock availability and production time and can be between 3 and 7 business days after payment is made for available products.
