Fama Industrie's range of Mussel Cleaners are extremely useful in the kitchen to significantly reduce manual work hours. They are equipped with a modern electronic apparatus with a multifunction digital switch and timer, transparent lid for monitoring the processing steps, and protective microswitches.
The most interesting new features include the abrasive walls and plate, which can be disassembled, cleaned and replaced in a matter of seconds even by the same operator. The machine also offers dual unloading options: floor or wall, and a drawer with a filter for waste collection is standard.
The machines, made entirely of stainless steel for better hygiene and cleanliness, are fully CE-compliant.
