Tank and work surface made of AISI 304 stainless steel 10/10 thick. The tank has GN 1/1 dimensions (15
cm in height). The machine is equipped with a water drain control by means of a ball valve located on the dashboard. Heating is by armored heating elements regulated by thermostat with operating range from 30 to 90°C. All models are equipped with pilot lights to indicate correct operation.
