- High-density, crystalline and pure solid cube. Suitable for prolonged cooling of any beverage (without watering it down) in any use situation.
- HORIZONTAL EVAPORATOR, SPRUCE SYSTEM: The horizontal evaporator consists of downward-facing truncated copper bowls.
- A pump sends pressurized water that, through nozzles, is sprayed onto the evaporator.
- Ice forms inside the bowls and is dislodged by heating the bowls for a short time.
- UNDERCOUNTER: Small appliances intended for all uses from residential to commercial for low daily requirements. All models are tropicalized: they can be installed up to ambient temperatures of 43°C and using a water temperature of up to 35°C.
