The entire line of our display cases that goes into hot banquets is made of tempered glass that provides our products with 6-7 times the breaking strength of any sheet of glass. Our products can be hot or neutral.
It is possible to customize the aesthetics by having the option of creating the showcase or thermo-window that best suits your needs. The hot showcases feature a slotted lower stainless steel shelf, raised slightly from the hot shelf formed so as to facilitate the escape of moisture. A subsequent stainless shelf is then positioned on the centerline of the display case and is slanted forward to facilitate the visibility of the products that will be placed there. It is also possible to choose from thousands of possible combinations of the counter relating to color, shape, types of coating and size. All this gives our products versatility to the display of all types of countertop processing, from sweet to savory.
