BUFFET SYSTEM WITH 360-DEGREE VISIBILITY FOR FOOD SERVICE, HOTELERIE AND CATERING.
The EVO Island in white and rainbow versions offers an eye-catching solution for temporary display of cheeses, vegetables, desserts, ready meals for self-service and for sale.
Equipped with two tray systems, triangular trays displayed radially and perforated stainless steel tops, it is also made in a fish display version.
An opal-finish methacrylate tank with ventilated refrigeration and operating temperature with closed dome +3°C/+10°C, the ISOLA Buffet is topped by a plexiglass dome hood with electric opening.
LED lighting in the hood tower in both WHITE and ARCOBALENO versions with function control panel (on-temperature-lighting-hood management) conveniently located under the tank.
In the ARCOBALENO version only, the tub is illuminated with all RGB colors offering a spectacular effect in the environment. Control of the coloring of the tub is managed automatically or by remote control by remote control.
ISOLA EVO can be complemented by external tubular stainless steel shelves for ease of service by purchasing the version WITH SENSORS.
