The sugar paste sheeter is designed for working with plastic chocolate, sugar pastes, almond paste, and for many other types of sheets from marzipan to shortcrust pastry.
- Sturdy casing made entirely of AISI 304 steel.
- Sugar Dough Sheeter Simple and compact design.
- Rollers length 60cm made of acetal resin.
- Millimeter thickness adjustment allowing very thin sheets: minimum roller opening mm 0, maximum mm 4.5.
- Molded and tefloned slide complete with resin idler rollers designed to facilitate sugarpaste sliding
- A pair of adjustable rollers, for pinpoint accuracy of the desired thickness.
- Designed for processing sugar pastes, plastic chocolate and almond paste
- Dough feeding system on lower rollers facilitated by another idler roller.
- Roller protection
- Gearbox gears made from special resins, molded and not toothed, for five times the normal service life
