In a stainless steel, refrigerated and thermostated tank, under the visual control of a thermometer, the fresh cream is kept in storage at the ideal temperature.
Only at the time it is called for, by pushing the appropriate button, a pump sucks in air and cream, pushes them into a steel labyrinth (tessurizer) where the mixture acquires, along the way, an increase in volume to over 200% and dispenses it through a spigot with a jagged, cooled spout to the outlet.
A check valve prevents the whipped cream from returning to the tank.
Constructed in small dimensions (220 x 520x 460) i CATTABRIGA are characterized by ease of cleaning combined with high performance for any type of natural or vegetable, fresh or long-life cream.
Easily disassembled and easy-to-clean pumps allow sanitary control of all parts in contact with the cream. A simple regulator allows variation in volume increase.
The special shape of the "SOFTER" allows the cream to look better, dry and well whipped.
